Our WebMaster is reaserching daily to update this Linking Section by weeding out any sites that are more "fluff" than anything else. YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE...Several Bands eMailed me (the WebMaster) url's to their sites. Unfortunately I deleted my eMails prior to copying your url(s). This happened between April 25th and May 2nd. Please re-send them as soon as you can. ONE OTHER ITEM...If you happen to have a massive amount of pop-up windows on your site, dismantle them prior to submitting your url's. They are very annoying to the casual surfer especially when they tend to keep coming, over and over no matter how many times you "X Out" of them. Thank You!

  • Band Links ...Links to many Bands and Solo Artists in our area; not listed in alphabetical order. If your band has a site and isn't listed here, please Submit it to the WebMaster now with the information you want people to read. Don't forget to include the "url" to your site and please, be brief in your description. Thank You!
  • MP3.com ... a favorite for many and you can make some money here if you market yourself properly. You can also download MusicMatch here so you can listen to MP3's if you don't have a Player yet.
  • MP3.com France ... a very unique site which does have an English Version. The interesting part about them is that they actually Pay for Every Download. That's right, the Laws in France are different than here and if music is played over a phone line, then they must pay Royalties to the Copyright Holders.
  • The Ultimate Band List ... a very good site and probably a must to be recognized on The Net.
  • M.E.O.N.A. ... if you haven't heard about MEONA yet, you should have. This is a Local Site that can't be beat for up to the minute Shows in our area...pretty much from Richmond to The Outer Bands and then some. Be sure to visit this site and if you're in a band you can send them your schedule and they WILL post it for you.
  • T.E.A. ... The Tidewater Entertainers Association is a collection of people in the entertainment industry right here. Members range from musicians to managers, bands to bankers, attorneys to agents and much more. Monthly Meetings are held all over Tidewater the 2nd Monday of each Month. TEA hosts many Benefits for charity in our area, with the most notable being the Realy For Life where they provide 24 hours of non-stop music each June at Little Creek Amph. Base. Insurance is also available from TEA and it is open to anyone in the entertainment industry which by their by-laws includes waiters, bartenders and anyone in the club business...join today!
  • TMX ... The Tidewater Musicians Exchange is a must-see for any musician here. You can get or find whatever you need here.
  • Musicians Assistance ... a definite must-see...has answers to questions you haven't even thought of yet.
  • First Music ... a very good site run by friends of NineVolt's WebMaster who are former execs. from major labels. They provide reviews for music and if they like you, they will "shop you". They attend every major music industry function in the world and are widely respected.
  • Gold Leaf Productions ... Based out of Charlotte, this is a very hard working organization with emphasis on music publishing for up and coming bands. They have much more than that to offer as well...it's worth a visit if you're in this business. Tell Bill Shefte that NineVolt sent ya'.
  • iMusic ... iMusic is a great music site. They have tons of stuff to offer everyone. You should visit them when you can.
  • Reload ...This site has been out there a while and they're dedicated to improving the "local music scene".
  • CollegeMusic.com ...a very "busy" site but if you want to have a starting place in the college music world this is as good a place as any to jump in.
  • AfterNight.com ...A very impressive music site with excellant graphics. It loads very fast considering all they have. Another cool place to visit.
  • Independent Music Zone ...A Site dedicated to the Indie Music World, located in Connecticut that has a great deal to offer Indie Bands. They do reviews as well...stop in and tell 'em "NineVolt sent 'ya".
